Children and families invited to join Kaleidoscope for summer ARTivities

ROCK ISLAND -- Kaleidoscope, Augustana's art enrichment program for children, begins a four-week summer season, Summer ARTivities, on Monday, July 2. Registration for the program is open.

Classes include Outer Space and D is for Dinosaur for children ages 4-6; Drawing Animals and The Art of Africa for ages 7-8; and Puzzle Art and Boulder Art Sculpture for older children.

Kaleidoscope faculty includes practicing artists and art educators from the Quad-Cities area with advanced training in art. Several faculty members teach in area schools, and most have taught in the Kaleidoscope program for several years.
