Press release submitted by Chuck Austin Bob Lyons, an IRTA (Illinois Retired Teachers Association) appointee to the TRS (Teachers Retirement System) Board of Trustees will be speaking to the Blackhawk Unit (essentially Rock Island County) of the IRTA on Wednesday, May 9th, at 9:45, at the Quad City Botanical Center, 2525-4th Avenue, Rock Island.
