Trinity Regional Health System is planning stroke classes during May.

Stroke Risk Factors will meet 6-7 p.m. May 8. Dr. Waseem Ahmad will explain the risk factors of stroke and how to manage them.

Life after Stroke & What is Stroke Camp is planned for 6-7 p.m. May 21. Trinity nursing and therapy staff will explain how stroke affects daily living and discuss ways to make life easier. They also will discuss Stroke Camp, a weekend get-away for stroke survivors and their caregivers.

Don't Have a Stroke is planned 6-7 p.m. May 31. Dr. Robert Chesser will discuss the warning signs of strokes as well as treatment options and what can be done to help prevent a stroke.
