Rock Island, Illinois (January 12, 2009)-The Rock Island Arsenal Golf Club announces an open invitation to the public to attend a ghoulishly delicious dinner on Saturday, January 23rd, 2010. You will hear from the Rock Island Paranormal Society on their investigation of the historical Quarters One built in 1871. In addition, Mike Weitzel, Rock Island Arsenal historian will embellish you with the history of this fabulous 50 room home. Following dinner we'll all make our way to Quarters One to search for the ghosts using the equipment of the paranormal society. Please bring a small flashlight to help light the way. Cocktails are at 6:00 pm with dinner at 6:30 pm. Reservations are required, please call 309-793-1601. Cost is $30.00++ per person.
