BMS students collect for food drive

Press release submitted by Bettendorf Middle School BMS Students Collect for Food Drive The Bettendorf Middle School has started its annual food drive and is collecting food for people who are not able to have food for the holidays. The food donated such as canned goods, turkeys (no larger then 12 pounds), frozen chickens, and canned fruits, will go to the Bettendorf Food Pantry. BMS is also accepting any hygiene products such as soap, shampoo, and hand lotions. The food and donation help 100-120 families and 200 people food through Easter. The food and products donated will be greatly appreciated by the Bettendorf Middle School. Collections will be accepted through December 16.
