Carbon Cliff officials have issued a precautionary boil order for all homes on Pleasant Avenue, including Eagle Ridge School, within the Village of Carbon Cliff.

This a precautionary measure was put in place by the State of Illinois and the Federal Environmental Protection Agency along with the Village of Carbon Cliff.

Once the repair is complete, the boil order will stay in place until EPA tests come back clear. Residents may check with Village Hall at 309-792-8235 or www.carbon-cliff.com for more information.
