Relatives and friends are invited to attend from 6:30 to 10 p.m. at VFW 1303, 3715 9th St., Rock Island. Mr. Perkins was born Oct. 26, 1949, in Iowa City. He married Diana Painter in Rock Island. His children are Melissa Perkins, Moline; and Matthew (Cindy) Perkins, Davenport. His stepson is Andy Painter, Moline. He has five grandchildren. He is employed at John Deere, Moline. Please come and help Ron survive his category 60 birthday!
