Cherry Salad Supreme

"I found this in my 'recipes to try' drawer. Better Homes and Gardens magazine, August 1969. Very pretty."

Ingredients

1 package (3 ounces) raspberry gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling
1 package (3 ounces) lemon gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 can (8-3/4 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 cup minature marshmallows

Instructions

Dissolve raspberry gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Stir in pie filling. Pour into a 9x9x2-inch dish. Chill partially. Dissolve lemon gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Set aside.

Beat together the cream cheese and mayonnaise or salad dressing. Gradually add lemon gelatin. Stir in undrained crushed pineapple. Fold in whipped topping and marshmallows. Spread over cherry layer and chill.
