1 can (27 ounces) sauerkraut
1 can (14.5 ounces) stewed tomatoes
7 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled (save grease)
1 small onion, chopped fine
1/2 cup brown sugar (not packed)
2 tablespoons bacon grease

Mix sauerkraut, tomatoes, bacon, onion and brown sugar. Add 2 tablespoons of bacon grease. Bake,
uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes
